A space for reflection and conversations. About all things that make us humans. The ups and downs, our love and loss, pain and relief, our defeat and victories, the holding on and letting go, and the process in between.
Let’s face iit is all about inviting collective courage and learning into our lives in the form of dialogues and reflections that happen within ourselves and with others. It is an intentional and inter-relatable space that calls for vulnerability, curiosity, and, therefore, courage in sharing and growing from one another’s experiences.
Join the conversations that allow us to uncover our own reflections. Topics revolve around exploring the inner world hidden behind our masks that serve a purpose in our outer world. Let’s explore the internal process together. Let’s look into our self, acknowledge our strengths, and honor the struggles. Together, here, let’s face iit.
Born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, I am a daughter, sister, partner, friend, yoga instructor, and a trauma therapist. I earned my MS in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Currently, I have the honor to see clients as an Associate Psychotherapist at Yellow Chair Collective, a passionate group practice based in Los Angeles, CA and be the host of my long-form podcast, let’s face iit.
Learning about or beholding people’s stories inspires me. They teach me about myself and the world. They leave me in awe about how we all walk the paths of our own hero’s journey, compensating for the pain and loss — yet, reaching for our brave inner world and constantly transforming. Stories fill me with humility and deep admiration for human resilience, courage, and aliveness amidst adversity. They encourage me to strive towards growth.
