A therapy space for self-reflection and healing. Space for all things that make us humans. The ups and downs, our love and loss, pain and relief, our shame and victories, the holding on and letting go, and the process in between.

“There is one purpose to life and one only: to bear witness to and understand as much as possible of the complexity of the world—its beauty, its mysteries, its riddles. The more you understand, the more you look, the greater is your enjoyment of life and your sense of peace. That's all there is to it.”
- Zurvan, Servant of the Bones by Anne Rice
I love this quote and it guides me in life and my work. Of course, it seems easier said than done, but therapy was never meant to be easy. Acknowledging that, and the fact that you're here, reading this, thinking about therapy is a big step for many! And I want to welcome you—to this page and to the process of therapy.
Through this website, I hope you get to know me a little, and if you think we can be a good fit—I hope we get to work together and learn from each other along the way. Please see below to learn about my therapeutic approach, services as well as current openings. I offer free consultations, in person therapy in Manhattan Beach and virtual sessions throughout California.
Born and raised in Kathmandu, Nepal, I am a daughter, spouse, sister, friend, yoga instructor, and a trauma therapist. I earned my MS in Counseling Psychology from California State University, Long Beach. Currently, I have the honor of working as a Licensed Psychotherapist in CA.
I see myself as a deeply relational person, and also an introvert. When I'm with myself, I like listening to soundtracks of shows/films or even games and journaling. I am a big fan of the Isolation Journals—a community for creative journaling/living. I love writing poems, letters, and postcards to my loved ones.
Reading is another favorite hobby of mine as is film photography, sunbathing, bollywood movies/music, working out and playing UNO with my husband.
I cherish and find beauty in little but not-so-little things in life—like the sunset and the sky, a clean home, lying on the grass, and listening to the ocean.
